The pool is heated, both the air and the water, with waterfalls featuring large ornamental stones. The pool is maintained with solar panels, in addition to having a counter-current swimming system and an area with tropical palms, kentia palms, and ornamental plants. The winter kitchen has antique terracotta floors and Carrara marble walls. The house floors are designed with wooden boards and aged travertine marble. The living rooms are covered with red travertine marble halfway up. Throughout the house, we find wonderful mosaics brought from Tunisia. At the entrance of the plot, there is a garage for 3 cars and a small independent apartment for the housekeeper with a bedroom and bathroom.
